Pulse Edge goes live in the field at Cereals 2026
AgroInsights brought its on-farm gateway to the Cereals Show on 10–11 June 2026, running live on two Suffolk pilot farms.
Pulse Edge is the on-farm gateway appliance that brings the AgroInsights platform to the field — carrying onboard inference and low-power comms so decisions happen at the animal, not in the cloud.
The moment
At Cereals 2026 — the UK’s largest arable event — Pulse Edge had its first public showing, running live on two Suffolk pilot farms. AgroInsights Technologies exhibited at Stand 450 and was featured in an interview by Farmers Guide covering AgroPulseAI’s 120+ WhatsApp tools.
Why it matters
The animals that most need monitoring — free-range, upland, rangeland — are often where connectivity is weakest. Pulse Edge runs local-first: sub-two-second answers on owned hardware, aggregating and syncing when bandwidth allows. It’s the bridge between the platform and the parts of the farm the cloud can’t reach.
What’s next
The pilots continue, and the field data they generate feeds back into the platform. We’ll share more as the deployments grow — reporting only what actually happens, as we always do.
