AgroHealthAI — ISF biosensors
v1 commercial launch — target Q3 2027 Interstitial-fluid (ISF) biosensor product lines that extend AgroHealthAI from clinical decision support into continuous, in-animal health monitoring — porcine, bovine, ovine and caprine — across an intensive Diamond-3L and an extensive InSensor-2L architecture.
- Design goal: early flagging of sub-clinical mastitis, ketosis and infection signatures ahead of clinical presentation — lead time the vet can act on.
- Sensor detachment under 3% over a 14-day wear cycle is a simulation target, not a field-verified result; the bovine ISF correlation sub-study (n ≥ 30 cattle) is the study built to establish it.
- Reagentless extended-wear sensing is on the roadmap, not in production.

AINS Companion
Phase 1 alpha — target Q4 2026 A non-food, vet-administered single-microneedle ISF biosensor for companion and working animals — a distinct regulatory pathway from food-producing livestock. In definition.
- Use cases in scope: pre-operative assessment, post-operative recovery, chronic-disease management and working-dog readiness.
- A separate product line because non-food animals demand a different regulatory regime and claim structure.

AgroGenesAI
Series-A productisation Federated phenotype-to-genotype linkage at production scale — closing the loop between today’s sensor data and next year’s bloodlines. A new line of business, not a feature.
- Trait-prediction-as-a-service for the farmer; marker-discovery for the commercial breeding industry.
- The four-species food-producing carve-out is deliberate; discipline about what we will not do is part of the moat.
