The UK wine industry is the fastest-growing in Europe, with production roughly doubling every five years. We’re exploring how the platform can help winemakers in two ways: a correlation engine that combines a winery’s historical archive with live sensor data to make great vintages repeatable, and the provenance rail layered on top — every bottle traceable from vine to glass.
The winemaker keeps their craft; the platform handles the science and the proof.
Pulse Winery is in development and not yet generally available. We’ll share specifics — including compliance scope and onboarding — as the vertical is defined. Nothing here is presented as a finished product.
